अपने(आत्मा) को जानने का उपाय ➡ब्रह्मनिष्ठ से सुनें ➡ मनन करें ➡अंतर्मुखी बुद्धि दृष्टि से निश्चय करें। भगवान की सत्ता व नामजप में अडिग विश्वास तथा पाने की आकुलता होनी चाहिए। वे स्वयं प्रकट हो जाते हैं ,ढूंढना नहीं पड़ता।
